Cognitive flexibility & Multitasking management19

Cognitive flexibility is relevant to recognize set shifting, abstract processes and manage multiple-tasks simultaneously, it is a critical cognitive function that encompasses the ability to recognize shifts in task sets, engage in abstract reasoning, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Mirtoselect® has demonstrated the superior ability to support cognitive flexibility compared to placebo already from the first supplementation and extending the effect up to 3 hours.

This enhancement contributes to improved decision-making processes, leading to a overall cognitive efficiency, particularly in situations requiring simultaneous task execution, planning, problem-solving, and adapting to shifting priorities.

Noticeable effects on the executive function were reported for Mirtoselect®, with a greater capacity compared to placebo, with benefits observed after one single dose and lasting for up to 3 hours.
