Go to sectionIdB Group consists of IdB Holding S.p.A. and its subsidiaries which are: Indena S.p.A. present in Italy, France, USA, Japan, China, Brasil, Bernett S.r.l. and Scharper S.p.A. present in Italy. IdB Group is inspired by principles of integrity and ethics.
These principles reflect the core values guiding us day by day. They define the rights, duties, and responsibilities of everybody involved: our employees, collaborators, and business partners. We care deeply about our reputation and resources; hence, we choose to work only with people and entities that share our commitment to integrity and follow both our Code and all regulations.
We build honest and transparent relationships with our employees, partners, authorities, and the community in general. Therein lies what we are: ethical, socially conscious, and environmentally responsible. We respect international conventions on human rights, labor standards, and the Convention on Biological Diversity. The 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals serve as our framework for addressing sustainability challenges.
IdB Group strongly believes that the creation of value for the business and, most of all, for all the stakeholders involved, could be obtained only by giving in its activity priority to: respect of laws and local and community regulations in force; pursue of honesty in all business relationships; continuous professional development for employees and collaborators; sustainability, both in supply chains and in production sites.
Therefore IdB Group has adopted a Code of Ethics: it is not a restrictive set of rules, but instead a foundation for trust. It sets forth in concrete form the principles and aspirations to which we conform and it's rightly shared with pride by everyone having relations with us. Furthermore, it has an important function in the corporate governance, since it forms part of our Internal Control System and shapes our organizational model as provided from Leg. Dec. 231/2001 and the terms of employment.
