Lab Evo S.r.l, an innovative start-up for digitization in the health sector, is delighted to announce the entrance into its share capital of IDB Holding S.p.A., the holding company of the Group that includes Indena S.p.A., a leading company in the identification, development and production of high-end active botanical principles for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry, and Scharper S.p.A., a pharmaceutical company active in the development and marketing of medicinal specialities, food supplements and medical devices used to improve people’s health and wellbeing.
